چکیده
Abstract To reduce the use of herbicides in agriculture, there is an urgent need to look for cost-effective and environmentally friendly non-chemical methods control weeds field crops. Plant by-products could be exploited directly as plant residues or indirectly extracts weed control. Thus, objective this study was evaluate effectiveness several wastes controlling sugar beet ( Beta vulgaris subsp. ) with enhancing yield quality. Three groups twelve practices were examined. The first group included three aqueous extract concentrations (15, 20, 25%) Plectranthus amboinicus L. second involved six soil mulching materials [rice Oryza sativa L.) straw, wheat Triticum aestivum hay, peanut Arachis hypogaea mango Mangifera indica leaves, flax Linum usitatissimum meal, soybean Glycine max (L.) During a 2-year trial (2019/20 2020/21), 12 treatments arranged randomized complete block design (RCBD) replicated times. Sugar beet (Beta vulgaris L.).
Creating transgenic plants is invaluable for the genetic analysis of sugar beet and will be increasingly important as sugar beet genomic technologies progress. A protocol for Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of sugar beet is described in this chapter. Our protocol is optimized for a sugar beet genotype that performs exceptionally well in tissue culture, including the steps of dedifferentia...
